Lyel is the sixth chapter of Mail-Order Brides of Crakair novel series. This is a romance novel that is written by Ava Ross. She is a trustworthy writer of science fiction, romance, and paranormal novels. Malac is one of her finest books that is worth giving a try. Another good book from the author to mention here is Teran. Teddy Hamilton and Tawnia Murray narrated Lyel novel. Both the narrators are perfect for the book and they performed to their maximum potential which the listeners appreciated.
Isabelle was abducted by fur blue-skinned, four-armed aliens. She was sold to Al’kieern who was the mastermind and the head of the kidnapping operation. Isabelle accepted that she would live and die just as a songbird pet to the queen. Performing to the tunes of Al’kieem sold out as a breeder. But then there was a Crakairian warlord that stormed the compound of Al’kieern and was determined to destroy everyone and everything in his wake. When he was captured, Isabelle offered to free him if by any means he helped her with getting away.
Scorned by the entire Crakarian society after the time his father tried to kill an honorable military commander. Lyel had no issues to die for redeeming the name of his family. He took on a suicide mission for destroying the kidnapping operation of Al’kieen which was on the moon named Mara. But just when he was about to blow that place, he saw Isabelle. A symbol appeared on his palm just as he heard her singing. It was telling him that she was his destined mate. He was determined to do anything to free her and to make that happen, they need to cross through a demanding wasteland that was filled with deadly traps.
Lyel is a beautiful novel with a good story and humor. It is worth spending your credits.
