A Killer’s Mind Audiobook
Zoe Bentley has known for her crime solving abilities in the entire district but she is still haunted by the memories of the past. She does not want to talk about those memories to anyone because it hurts her the most. Somehow she has found redemption in her job as a forensic psychologist. Solving cases and catching criminals provide mental satisfaction to the woman.
This case which is assigned to her in the episode is really pinching. The killer has killed three women and then he has posed them in such a way that they seem to be alive. This shows that the killer tried to work like an artist after killing the three innocent women. Zoe wanted to go on with the case on her own but she is asked to work with special agent Tatum Gray who is totally opposite to Zoe in personality.
These two have different ways of getting to the criminal and they are not made for each other. Because of the difference in attitude and personality, these two agents start moving on the wrong track at the beginning of the story. Mike Omer’s writing and Brittany Pressley’s narration keep us engaged in the story in this situation too.
In the middle of the story, Zoe gets trapped in something quite serious. For the solution to this case, she must look into her hideous past once again because the clues lie in her past. Web of Fear and Spider’s Web take the listener into the depths of the criminal world. This too takes us in-depth but here we are going into the mind of the killer. The killer cannot be caught unless his motive becomes known.
