This Is How It Always Is Audiobook
There are books that are worth reading and then there are those that should be kept in mind forever. Laurie Frankel produces books that just penetrate into the mind and imagination of a person in quick succession. Gabra Zackman remained vigilant in the narration because this story is a special one perhaps more dominating than Goodbye for Now and The Atlas of Love.
The writer has talked about several things in this novel like the relationship of family members and the development and growth of children according to the plan chalked out by the parents. Rosie and Penn had a happy family because everything was going fine in their house. Then they have another baby boy whom they name Claude. [This Is How It Always Is]
Claude was just like his brothers initially but as time passed, the family observed a change in Claude’s behavior. The boy wanted certain odd things in life for example he wanted to carry a purse instead of a bag and he also liked his hair long like girls. This was quite alarming for the family members so they started hiding Claude from the rest of the world. [This Is How It Always Is]
The boy was just not going according to plan because he was different and his issues were tough to resolve. The main issue was actually the behavior of the family that wanted to keep Claude and his behavior a secret as they were not ready to accept him for who he was from the inside. Then the secret got revealed catastrophically and the parents had to come up for their child because no one can leave their child in a time of trouble.
