Two enemies were fighting for a cause and they thought that one of them would be able to win the battle but they were wrong. Actually, none of them won the battle rather both of them landed in the same prison because the creator of the Infinity Blade was waiting for them to grow weaker so that they can be eradicated at the same time.
Siris and God King both are thrown in prison and they seem to have no way out of it. Siris has become hopeless but he must rise again because he is a symbol of hope for the people who have been following him for a long time now. So when he comes out of prison he starts leading the rebellion again and this time there is no proper direction because Siris is not able to focus completely.
His mind is distracted by many things and he is not able to think of a way out. The only solution is to go backward and start analyzing where Siris has made a mistake in his calculations. When he digs into the past and tries to unveil the secrets, he gets terrorized to notice that there are still more dangers in the shadows.
Samuel Roukin is not new to such a series but this was perhaps the first time that he was narrating something of this quality written by Brandon Sanderson. The author had no difficulty in writing this as he has already proved his worth in The Gathering Storm and The Eye of the World. Siris thought that he has faced all kinds of problems in the past and now he witnesses more problems that are bigger than before.
