Credence is a romance novel. It is written by Penelope Douglas. She is a romance author from the USA. Punk 57 is a notable book by Penelope Douglas and so is Bully. The audio narration of Credence is done by Sofia Willingham, Carson Beck, Greg Tremblay, and Michael Pauley. It was an atrocious performance overall which was highly distracting and annoying for the listeners.
Tiernan de Haas does not care about anything at all. She was the only child of a film producer and his ingenue wife. She grew up in privilege and with lots of wealth. But there was no involvement of guidance or love in her upbringing. Soon she was sent to a boarding school and that too at a very early age. It made it impossible for her to escape the loneliness in her life and carve out a life of her own. The shadow of the fame of her parents had followed her everywhere. And when her parents passed away suddenly then she knew that she should be devastated. But was there any change at all? She was always alone, wasn’t she?
Jake Van der Berg was the stepbrother of her father and also her only relative alive. He was assuming the guardianship of Tiernan who was still two months short of turning 18. She was then sent to live with him and his two sons, namely Kaleb and Noah. They were living in the mountains of Colorado. Tiernan in no time discovered that those men then had a say in whatever she chooses to care about or not care about anymore at all.
Just when the three of them took Tiernan under their wing, she found her place slowly among them. Penelope Douglas’s books are almost always amazing and Credence is one of her best works. However, this great story with excellent characters was ruined in audio due to poor narration.
