About a Dragon is the second installment in the Dragon Kin novel series. It is a romance fantasy novel which is written by G. A. Aiken. She is the bestselling paranormal romance and fantasy author in New York Times and USA Today. She has given us some amazing novels where one of the top novels is The Blacksmith Queen. Another novel from the author to mention here is Dragon on Top.
Hollie Jackson narrated About a Dragon novel. The narrator was a letdown for this audiobook. It could have been a way better audiobook if it was narrated by a much-experienced narrator.
For Talaith, the Nolwenn witch, a bad day starts with her being dragged out of her bed by a really angry and violent mob. Existence as in the capacity of a hated outcast is something which is not a new thing for a lady having such top and powerful secrets. The dragon is the one with the human form to die for and he knows about it pretty well. According to the law of the dragon, Talaith is all his property now which was both for pleasure and even otherwise. However, if Lord Arrogance thinks that she is one kind of a damsel then he is all in for a huge surprise.
Is the lady never silent at all? Price perhaps knows it pretty well.
The book is good for its storyline and character development for which the credit goes directly to the author. However, the real problem in the audiobook was with the narration which failed to create any positive impact on the listeners. Despite the negative side, the book because of its positives is highly recommended.
