Dungeon Lord is the first book in The Wrath’s Haunt Series. It is a science fiction and fantasy novel which is written by Hugo Huesca. He is a prolific writer of science fiction and fantasy novels. He is into fiction writing since the age of 10. He gave us novels as good as Dungeon Lord: otherworldly Powers and Dungeon Lord: Abominable Creatures.
The narration of Dungeon Lord is done by Jeff Hays and Annie Ellicott. It was an annoying performance. On top of that, the poor sound effects made it even worse.
Dark forces were in motion and they extended Edward Wright a tricky offer. It was about an incredible offer but that will come at a terrible cost. Edward Wright made up his mind to make them regret it.
When Edward Wright was swept into the Ivalis world as a Dungeon Lord who was the most resourceful servant of Dark then he had no servitude in mind. He will go on to oppose all of the evil plans that the Dark god, Murmur had thought about.
However, his guts and wits will be critical for his survival against a weakened arrival. Edward must look to rising to power if he is serious about having any right to live more. But, in the war between the Dark and Light, what does Edward Wright could look to opt for when both of the sides have uncaring and cruel monsters?
Dungeon Lord could have been a way better book if it was narrated well. The story and characterization were just fine. It might become a worthy audiobook if it is narrated again with a new set of narrators.
