The green tide and Ufthak Blackhawk descended upon the Hephaesto. It was an Adeptus Mechanicus forge world that was blistering with lots of loot.
But, it only ended up with the discovery that it was already under siege by the tarnished Freebooter Kaptin Badrukk. When Da Biggest Big Mek, his warboss ordered temporary cooperation then Ufthak Blackhawk tried to make a good name for himself. This was intended by crushing a few of the most advanced defenders of Imperium and also by claiming the biggest prize. But, Ufthak would require the ruthless kunnin’ of Mork himself for the sake of survival, while the threatening new war machine was right on the horizon. On top of that, he also had the plotting of Badrukk and a thoroughly annoying grot on his path. Things were quite challenging and threatening there for sure.
The book has an OK story. Listeners were expecting it to be told from the Orks perspective and not have multiple sides. But, that was not the case. If you are a fan of Ork then this one is a must for you.
