The audio narration of this book is done by Adjoa Andoh. It was a first-rate performance by Adjoa. You will be able to easily differentiate between characters as Adjoa added great variation in the voicing of the characters.
Things for a moment seemed to be fairly under control for Breq. He was a soldier who earlier was known to be a warship. A search for the slums of Athoek Station turned up someone who in the first place shouldn’t exist at all. Then there was an arrival from the Presger empire as well as the army of Breq. The possibly insane and divided Anaander Mianaai was that enemy. He was the ruler of the empire which was known to be in an intense war with itself.
Ancillary mercy has got an excellent story and a gripping plot. The characterization and performance were outclassed as well. In short, this book scored maximum in every aspect through which you would measure the quality of any audiobook. It is the ultimate chapter in the trilogy and it came to a satisfying conclusion.
