Nalini Singh likes to get on with this series so the author has not ended this one for quite a while now. This series has provided the audience with unforgettable characters that cannot be forgotten at any stage. The characters have a proper motive which they want to fulfil and they also find true love in the process which serves as another topping in their life.
On this occasion, it is Max Shannon who is going into the world of the Psy. The man is a cop by profession and he has been given a gift right from birth because of which his mind is not affected by the Psy mental invasion. This has given him quite an edge in life which has threats of many kinds present all around. However, he never expected that the department will give him a case linked to Psy Councilor.
The woman is a Psy and she is quite terrified as someone is killing her close advisors and she could be next. So she has to protect herself because of what Max Shannon is called. The voice of the narrator Angela Dawe changes a little when these two characters come closer because there is a sign of love emerging between the two. Such abruptness was seen in Storm Echo and the magic plays a role here to the maximum potential.
Angels’ Blood could be an amazing book to find for the audience of such a supernatural series. Just wait and see how the chemistry develops between Max and the Psy Councilor. Max will finally know the reason why he has been given those powers at the time of birth and the truth will make him establish contact with the Psy world.
