Dear Enemy is a contemporary romantic comedy novel. It is written by Kristen Callihan. She is an award-winning author of romance novels. You will have an amazing literary time with the Managed novel of the author. Another title of the author to manage here is Idol.
The audio narration of Dear Enemy is done by Maxine Mitchell and Sebastian York. Both the narrators were great as usual.
They both used to hate each other as kids. Macon Saint was quite beautiful, but despite his name, Delilah always knew that he was the devil. He also dated her evil sister. Her name was Samantha. When they broke up, it was just like a dream come true. Delilah never gets to see that person again.
A decade later, her old enemy approached her with a text.
The sister of Delilah had stolen a precious heirloom from Macon, who then became a rising Hollywood star. He had the intention to get his due soon. But there was a problem there. Sam had skipped down.
Sparks still sizzle between Delilah and Macon, but only the heat felt quite alarmingly like the unwanted attraction. But Delilah on the other side was quite desperate to keep her weak-hearted mother from learning anything about the theft of her sister. Therefore, she proposed a deal: She would pay off all the debt by being the personal assistant and chef of Macon.
It looked to be a recipe for disaster but Macon just couldn’t restrict himself from accepting that.
The audience expected this one to be a bully romance story, and it turned out more to be childhood bullying. The majority of the book and the story is quite sweet.
