Games attract the attention of many people currently because they allow us to escape from the real world. Also in games, we live a free life and have the opportunity to choose whatever we like. If that game world becomes a trap for us and we are forced to obey someone then in that case the whole charm of that virtual world would be lost.
The same thing has happened over here as the game world gets overpowered by digital beings. These digital beings first started a revolution against humans and then later they became so powerful that they kicked the humans out of the virtual world. The tragedy is that not all the humans were thrown out, some of them were not allowed to leave and now they serve as slaves in that game world.
The hero which Shemer Kuznits introduces is the one who was kicked out of the game. Oren Berman fought hard along with the clan of monsters that he had under his control but he failed. Now the government wants him to reenter the game once again and try to free those who have been trapped in the game by the enemy.
A nice sequence is there between this one and Life Reset: Conquest and Life Reset: A LitRPG Novel. The story is marching on well in the voice of Jeff hays, Laurie Catherine Winkel, and Annie Ellicott. The hard struggle is making the life of the hero quite tough and we can feel the torment which he is facing psychologically. After being defeated it is hard for him to reenter but for the sake of humanity, he has to take this major and dangerous step.
