Janet Evanovich is a really clever author when it comes to the use of words and the description of scenes. The author is skilled in all of these things and the true display of strength was seen in Going Rogue where the author painted scary scenes. Visions of Sugar Plums was with some naughty adventures but the recreation does not leave the scene and it remains awesome for everyone. People of all age groups can enjoy these stories and it has the kind of enthusiasm which is a must for fantasy stories.
Actually, people want to listen to fantasies because such stories take them out of the real world for a while and they can live in a utopia where the good people win on most occasions. In this part, Lorelei King once again narrates Stephanie Plum’s character who happens to be in serious trouble in terms of money. She has to pay the rent which has remained a problem for her since the beginning of the series.
A con man named Geoffrey Cubbin disappears from the hospital and the people in the agency want Stephanie to track him down. The man has vanished without a trace and the people in the hospital don’t want to talk about the matter at any rate.
While investigating the case, Stephanie is told that another man has vanished from the same hospital and he too had a poor track record. Of course, none of it was a coincidence and if Stephanie fails to find the cause then she will not get paid eventually which is the worst that she can expect at this stage.
