The Rose Code Audiobook
Such things which are linked to history need a quality writer that can paint everything in great detail. There is no one better than Kate Quinn who has The Alice Network and The Huntress already on display. The previous two books were also about the world war and the attack of the Nazi forces. Here the situation is the same again and the main characters are also female like always.
These women are hired in order to break the codes of the Nazi forces. All three of them possess different talents which can help their side in winning the war. One named Osla is charming and beautiful, she could have easily settled well in her life with the help of her looks but she wants some action.
She does not want to live a life of pleasure while her country burns down to the ground. She is fluent in the German language which means that she can help in the process of decoding. Then there is Mab who does not belong to the rich society but has a passion to serve her land. She is good with the code breaking machines and the department needs her services as well.
Together the two forge a team but they think that they need a third one as well who can understand the puzzles which are used in the codes. Then Beth and the band get completed because they happen to have everything. Beth was good with riddles and initially, Saskia Maarleveld narrates her character as a shy one but later she develops into a confident individual who helps the women who hired her.
