The Terminal List is a suspense fiction novel. It is the first chapter in Terminal List Book Series which is written by Jack Carr. He is a former US Navy SEAL and the number one bestselling author in New York Times. He did a very good job with the writing of his The Devil’s Hand novel. Moreover, he was superb as well in his Savage Son title.
Ray Porter narrated The Terminal List book. His performance hit the mark and made it worth a listen in audio.
Lt. Commander James Reece was on his very last combat deployment when his entire team was killed in a calamitous ambush. But when his dearest team was murdered right on the day of his homecoming then Reece thought that it didn’t look like an act of some foreign enemy. To him, it looked to be a conspiracy from within and has reached the highest levels of the government.
Being free from the command structure of the military and having no family. Reece applied all those lessons which he was taught for more than a decade of continuous warfare. Those lessons were about avenging the deaths of his teammates and also his family. Reece through excellent pacing along with suspense targeted his enemies who were within the higher ranks of the power. He showed no regard for the laws of the war and even for the rule of law.
The Terminal List has it all. It comes with twice the action, double trouble, and quadruple the excitement. Be careful with this book as it has the potential to leave a mark through its excellent delivery with a deft eye and attention to detail.
