Just a few decades ago, the women of the society didn’t have the liberty to roam freely in society. That was a major fact because of which the success rate among women was quite low. They weren’t given proper opportunity to rise high in life. Slowly they started working along with men and finally proved that they are equally talented or perhaps more. Rachel Rodgers has also written this book especially to motivate women of the society. The men can also listen to this book because it is basically on the motive of success and earning wealth, however, the author is chiefly talking to the women throughout this book. Being a black woman, it was not very easy for Rachel to succeed in life because society was not helping her.
Also, she was taking care of her four children when she started her work. However, after a decade she stands at the top which means that the way to the top is not that tough. It is easy to achieve your goals if you are going on the right path.
